This session is for warming up. Introductions of students and an understanding of their backgrounds and previous experiences related to the business are sought. Overall, the tone is set for the next 5 hrs workshop.

Each of the 2 or 4 students together make a presentation on what to do and how to do with the Products given to them ?

- What is your SOLUTION for the Customer Problem ?
- Who is the Customer ?
- If your solution fit to the problem ?
- If the customer buy and pay for your solution ?
