Shri M . Guru Purnima

Guru Purnima is Celebrations for Guru !

Shishyas  imagine that the Guru is Purnima !  

Guru is deemed  to have become a full moon similar to a Diad Emitting LIGHT LED ! 

LIGHT means, here  WISDOM or PATH.  and  a WAY  for the shishyas ! 

A crazy thought - Is there Guru Amavaya ! Let it be ! Chodo !

...Only those Gurus who enable their shishyas as purnimas .... are POORNIMAs .

No Guru is 24 / 7 purnima!  

No guru continously  EMITs,  GUIDES  all the time !  At best, purnima is possible for few seconds only ! All the time, Guru is a poornima is - an exaggeration ! 

For purnima, it is the frequency of light that  matters ! than the duration of the light  that matters !

..... Every sishya, similar to Guru,  emits light ..but this thing is not recognised by shishya - Self and even by other fellow persons.   

The Light / wisdom emitted by shishya  might not be that significant, consistent and frequent. It might be occasional and very rare ! 

Further, the light emitted may be without desired impact!

One more thought !

...Purpose of Wisdom / Light / Profit is for Validation, Sustenance and it is by Default  thing.. It just happens and occurs ! 

... The journey of becoming  Purnima - involves PAIN . How about   the pain removal ..? Is that guru presence is .... to remove the pain ! 

..PAIN ..is not PAIN .. In reality so called pain is not pain. That Pain is purposive..

...Guru ..not there to reduce, remove PAIN ! But to remind the purpose of pain!

...PAIN / PROFIT due to purnima journey,  is  physical  and  also spiritual nature well being of  shishya !

In anticipaiton of instant Purnima, people crave to avoid the PAIN / Profit / IMPACT

Pain and Profit associated with Purnima denotes if the  learning and transformation happening or not..! and Validates the learning . 

Pain and Profit and Impact  also makes the purnima  becoming a sustainable, enjoyable journey !

Purnima is not a PROCESS  but a METHOD , a WAY ! Process is for transformation of inanimate things . Process is not for transformation of living things ..

Methods are for living things . As many living things  and people that many ways of purnimas !  Learning  is .personalised ..not standardised . 

Purnima cannot be made into a DIE process!.. so that anybody puts into it.. becomes that and all alike !

MANDI SPEECH - MALALA MODEL

Namashkars, and Pranam ! People, know me as a Professor ! 

As far as I know myself, let me share with you all .... I m a tailor the education and learning' and I am a tailor !

Deviyo aur Sajjano ! 

Yes, core of core, I feel I am a small town tailor ! Because it was 'me the tailor' who helped 'me a Professor'! 

If I am not a tailor, you would not have heard me now !

Now If I am a tailor, you will be least interested to listen to me ! 

Due to poor financial status, the option I chose was to working as a small-town tailor, with the small money that I made, I funded my entire education of 12 + years, including school education, college education including B Com, MCom and Doctoral degrees! Weekend holidays, festival seasons, summer vacations and college breaks offered opportuntieis to make quick earning and return to studies !   

When I evolved 'A Tailor to a Professor' -  my world has changed! My priorities and my purposes changed too !  As a tailor my priority was सब को सिलाना; As a professor, my duty now is, सब को सिकाना.

How to make Education Universal..! Sab Ko Shiksha, Sab ko Sahi Shiksha, Sab ko Sahi, aur Sara Shiksha How to make it possible ! To make 'Education Universal' experimenting for alternate ways, methods, the tantras has become my PROFESSIONAL MISSION !

It was the TAILOR who helped the PROFESSOR that it is possible to Tailor the Learning !

Eureka ! Why not lead my students to apply their learning and make little earning in the process of academic learning ? The idea was implemented ! Implemented again and again for years with hundreds and thousands of students. It was a big success ! Students liked it and it became popular !

Bech Ke seeko ! Sikai Bech ke Seeko ! 

Does this world know that  for any  student working as a tailor and supporting ones education is the most painful thing ! Yes, it is not only painful but also wasteful! 

Unique thing about 'Bech ke Seeko' is to bring semblance more than one way! 

- What is supposed to learn and What is being applied; 

- When it is supposed to learn and When it is being applied; 

- How much is spent for learning and How much is retrieved out of learning ! 

Lastly, let it be reiterated that most appropriate method to make 'Education Universal' is Bech ke Seeko ! Sikai Bech ke Seeko ! 

This method of learning is called ......Mandi model !

Yonus Model Speech for Dr Mandi .. June 2021

I am happy for the reason that I always wanted to be a teacher and became one . Professors speak what they read, and what they think, but NOT what they DID. I talk What I did and what I do. 

What I did usually most teachers wont do. 

Coming from humble background, with average academic achievements, I became a professor in a national institute, teaching to top class students, most amazing subject i.e., Management given best job and salary, located in  best place - Mumbai, with Best accommodation, Name, fame,  and liberty to do the work that I wish to do ! What all I want I got being a professor. 

Teahcing was my interest. It took THREE turns 

eaching to be most useful to my students. As a young teacher, my search was for best teaching mehtods. Experiential Learning, the path I took to. It was student engagement which I aimed at.  

My focus always and all through was S T U D E N T S ! It was not research and it was not extension, or administration. Only and only learning ! 

My answer was emphatic NO ! No ! I felt, my students are harmed and seriously damaged despite their immense talent, long and continous-determied effort, extreme and long exertion and high expenses they incured !  Students dont know how they are harmed , how much harm is being done to them !

Two clear choices before me are FLIGHT -  FIGHT ! Professors usual responses are: 

- Most professors  opt for...  Neglect and Ignore mode !

- Some professor do both - Flight and Fight ! leaving academics and start criticizing from outside !

- Rarely professors chose Stay and Fight !  Wrecking the ship from inside ! This is what I choose to do !

People laugh when they hear me ! Yes I know !  But what I care is my students not others ! 

- Regarding the damage , what it is ! ( Huge cash outflows, Student Loans, Industry Jobs etc)

- Reason, why I call it damage  ( Students loose their life control ! Loose their sovereignty ) 

- My way of changing the damage into useful thing !  ( Simple way of Waste to Wealth ! )

But students once experience Mandi way they realise it !  They stuck to it  once for all !

Quick points: 1. Academic studies found  USELESS and HARMFUL to the students. 2. Students are looted, educated meak, and educated weak. 3. Students are made employees for employers. 4. Rarely educated seen really educated! 5. Even, in 21 cenury most people dying are uneducated. Seems,  this wont cease that early.  Anybody counter me on these points ! Impossible ! These are facts !

How to design USEFUL learning to students?  Useful is the best thing to make students interesting and engaging I felt ! 

My single point agenda is... to one student, even for a while, a little, how to be USEFUL !

EXCITING and INTERESTING are insufficient in designing the learning work ! 

It struck me, why not do this..! I did. It was a grand success! Students loved it !

-  NARROW ENTRY GATEs.. Only few can enter in, Many and Many canot  !
-  Intelligence - Examinations Vs. Collateral - Repayment
-  PAINFUL, COSTLY, WASTEFUL  STAY in the name of Education 
-  TWO  EXIT GATES  - One gate is  EMPLOYMENT and the other is ENTERPRENEUR ! Only one gate is opened and the other gate is permanently closed !

5. Education is offered based on .. 

-  Intelligence - Pass Out Vs. Collateral - Repayment
-  EXPENSIVE, INEFFICIENT learning method, PAINFUL STAY inside the University

6. In education, Learners are first Loosers and  Last  Gainers ! 

-  The learners are I layer victims ! All shocks come to them !

C O N T R A R I A N .... THINKING ! 

Why not education is offered without moving out of the place !
Why not education is offered keeping intact the  local flavour !
Why not an education make the learners to use their education to improve themselves !

6. Education is Commercial in nature - in Charitable Garb !   

Education must not be Commercial or and Charitable ! It must be  Self Reliant , Atma Nirbhar !

1.  In / Disabilities and Handicaps need not be hurdles in the development of humans ! In India alone BLIND are almost 5.3 millions ! Most are Inabilities !
2. Eradicating and Eliminating ' In / Disabilities and Handicaps ' is foolishness ! May not be economically or otherwise feasible and viable ! However, these disabilities can be addressed / tackled very creatively!
3. Disabled and Handicaped make people Unproductive, requiring heavy dependance on others !
Rather these disabilities can be availed to make people most Productive, by inventing ways and means so that their disabilities transformed into assets and virtues ! Interesting thing again !
4. The solutions which are developed for Handicaped and Disabled are far more USEFUL to the normal and ' Abled and Fully capable ' people too. What a surprise ! Yes. it is !
A digital book / phone can be used by the Non Blind people much more effectively!

Yunus Model of Education: How to start ? 

Unemployable Graduates ! Who to blame ? 

I m a business professor.. I teach students  business and dont allow them to practice ! And make it almost compulsory for my 100 percent of my students to do business in the name of others and make money for others, and not for themselves!  My teaching is designed  in a way, 1. Stdeactice business by self and 2. Make it compulsory for the learners to make money for others ! Both are SOCIAL harms I was doing ! 
I gathered FIVE COMMERCE certificates studying it for 15 yrs of my life ( 2+3+2+3+5) . All  these 15 yrs,  my teachers strictly implemented a Learning method I call it, Learning Commerce  by ZERO Practice! Let me confess, I have not made even a single rupee during my 15 yrs of commerce learning. When I became a professor,  I was RE- PLAYING  the same Learning method, ZERO PRACTICE business learning on my students! In addition, preparing the students to make money for other businessmen!

Why I raise the issue of NO practice and NOT making money ?
I hail  from rural, uneducated and utter poor  family background. I m the first generation educated in my family. My mom and dad are illeterates. However, I could make it to a professor! People attribute my success to my PASSION and PURPOSE in pursuit of my studies . As a response, let me counter that I hate these two things. and hail the other thing .. the PATH for learning. It was the PATH that I took made me to carryout my studies .
What is the PATH that I took to ? 
Money is CRUCIAL for my studies. I had no money to eat let alone study. I took to street side TAILORING for 20 years of my school and college days to supported my commerce education. I DERIDE my 15 yrs. of commerce education for the simple reason that it has not helped me to make money. Rather it took help from tailoring. I feel pity for commerce education for this shameless act !  
I took to a PATH which supported my studies economically. I used to work as street side tailor. It was PAINFUL because  academic learning life and work earning life need to be balanced !

Learning and Earning are INTIMATELY related.. 
1. People pursue studies, FOR  MONEY ! 
2. Academic studies badly NEED money !
3. People wish NOT TO LOOSE money for studies !
The issues I have been raising are  basic and fundamental to the field of education. What I raise are ..
- There are THREE ways business learning can be made.. 
1. Learning by making zero money for self and all money for others 
2. Learning by making money for  oneself as part of learning
3. Learning by making NO MONEY at all ! 

Academic assignments are repositioned for FOUR things 
1. Personal 
2. Practical 
2. Productive ( Value creating )
4. Profiting ( Not looosing  )

CRETIVE CAPITALISM
- 80 /20; 90/10; 95/5; 99/1; ... it goes on ! ( Reason.EMPLOYMENT )
80 /80; 90/90; 5/5; 1/1; ... will go on ! ( Reason is . Enterprising) This is creative capitalism! The key for this is Employment Vs. Engagement ! 
There is quality change due to introduction of this  method of learning .. Educational expenses are reduced, Waste is reduced, Focus is increased, Utility has enhanced, Impact is enhanced..It is a natural way to learn .

Doyou know the Principle of 80-20; 90-10;95-5; 97-3;98-2; 99-1... 
Reason for this is..  Education ... !
The concentration of wealth, Environmental pollution, Employment cricis ... All due to this mode of learning ! 
If more and more small employers are there.. the rapidity cannot be that much.. It will not be that much !  Wont be like this !

I have done for reasons !  
As a professor... I have right to do, I have the responsibility to do; I have the competency and can do; There is need to do, Students are liking it, It is valid way to do !
2. Simply the 'Academic system ' designed and deployed BAN them NOT to express their talents, express their capacitates and take care of themselves.
3. So, it is not Unemployable Graduates  who create 'Unemployability'. Unemployability is created by the academic system.  
4. If we want to change the life of unemployable graduates, to get them out of this menace, we have to focus on the  academic system. REVERSE the system so that it  become a supporter , for people to come out. 

If let the system is  supportive of human talent, and creative power, then we can create completely new kind of world. I define that world, as the world of THREE Es, 

Everybody Educated; 
Every Educated is Employable ; 
Every Educated is Enterprising.

Is this FAIRY Tale ? No.. It is matter of choosing right method!
We can have ENERGY for the whole world !
We can have EDUCATION to everybody ! It is not FAIRY Tale !
  ENGAGEMENT for every 

- Most Uneducated are 'Employed' - Most Educated are NOT !
- Most Uneducated are Entrepreneurs - Most Educated are NOT ! 
- Most Uneducated are employing Most of the 'Educated' 
- Most Educated are employing 'the Least ' !
Being a educator, 1/ 12 Mandi Sir  say .. 
- Uneducated employees and Entrepreneurs are not DESIRABLE to better social order ! 
- Educated Employees and Entrepreneurs are always preferred to compared to Uneducated Employees and Entrepreneurs !

All this is possible provided we change the system ! 

One basic question on the system part is.. very strange that educated academics  assume of young learners driven by ..
Payout ( Bughthan ) ; 
Dependence ( Nirbaratha ) ; 
Draining  / Wastage ( Nikas / Vyadrth)  
leading to .. Serventing ( Das ) !

This is wrong starting point ! These are fraud statements of YOUTH !.. The system of education is designed on the pillars !

Contrary they are OTHER WISE.. 

Young Studetns  are Paying type - and  Gaining kind too, 
Young learning are Dependents and also Independents, 
Young learners are Draining - and Economising too, 
Young Students are  Naukri seekers and want to be Masters too.

It is 50 : 50 .. 
But the system is only one kind !  There is no other kind !

Every educated is looted + Drained + Dependent + Servent !

The educated society has become Looted, Drained, Dependent and Servants!

If we reinterpret the world of youth close to the reality, paying - Gaining, Dependent - Independent; Wasted- Economised, Servnt-Master, we need to create alternate method of education

Today the academics has given one kind of education , one kind of glasses - Single Function Use Education,

What we need is Bi-Focal Glass ! Bi Focal Education !
5. One of the basic lacunae of education system, surprisingly most educators subscribe to and most learners succumb to is Loose, Loose Loose method of Education which is made believed RIGHT one.
6. Unfortunate thing is .. There is only one DEFECTIVE WRONG METHOD of education available in the market, for all the public, across the world.
This method is characterised by
… Loosing X Loosing X Thinking X Employment Seeking !
There is no other method of education other than this! Is it not !
7. The learners who don't fit into this grove are REJECTED !
They become ENTERPRENEURs ! and Self Employed and find their own Employment ! Very surprising thing !
8. Is there any TAILOR in the world, who says that I have only one size Underwear say ' X ' , if you don't fit to this size you must be N A _ E D ! Awwaa !..
How come such tailors don't exist !
How come such educators, professors and colleges exist around us who say this is the only method for you to learn ?
9. This is the basic philosophical questions relating to education which ' 1 / 12 Mandi Sir ' raises and answers them squarely in the slogan ..
